    I’m running max2play on a rpi2

    When I have started kodi and stopped it (or left it on without using it) my monitor starts to behave strangely after a few hours. Either I get very low resolution or only a black screen. Currently I always reboot the rpi after using kodi. I need to have rpi on as I’m running LMS on it.

    Has anyone else experienced this? any possible solutions? How can I troubleshoot?

    Hi asplundj,
    Please activate the option „HDMI Force Hotplug“ in the Raspberry Settings.

    Thanks, I think it happens less frequently now but occasionally I still can’t get the screen up again if I quit kodi. In those cases I need to reboot in order to get it working again.
